Can a Cow Ever Be a "Motor Vehicle"?
In the case of Mayor v. Wedding, 2003-Ohio-6695, the Ohio Court of Appeals was asked to determine whether a cow is a "motor vehicle" for purposes of uninsured motorist insurance coverage.
