This week's SIU Law Cat is Captain Jack Sparrow ("Jack"), who belongs to Brittany Ledbetter, a first-year law student. Jack earned his pirate name by his tendency to sit on shoulders. He is about 20 months old. Brittany found Jack after he was seen crawling into the engine of her car. He has no tail, but a great personality. His favorite activities include chasing a laser pointer dot and sneaking out the front door to eat the grass. Brittany told us that Jack had great ambitions to be the Law Cat of the week.
